Okay...I finally found it...not at all about composting (shows how well I listen to my husband when he talks!)...but about decreasing our use of plastics. Interesting food for thought. I found the comments below the story more interesting, however. People can be so mean. And stupid. I had to post my own comment, which I rarely do. I don't like to get involved in internet arguments...it's like having a battle of wits with the severely under-armed.
