New additions to the kitchen and garden!

Here she is! Put together, nestled by the trash bins right by the backdoor for easy access. We even bought a bucket for beside the sink today (it's actually an ice bucket with a plastic liner, so we can wash out the liner and avoid using plastic bags...plus, it came with a lid so we can contain the "smell" during the day).

We also made a few additions to the porch herb garden this weekend -



Greek Columnar Basil



Improved Amethyst Basil



Tomato varieties: Brandywine, Glacier, and Patio
Mint: most of these are from last year...but we added an additional pot of Chocolate Mint

And today, we surveyed the property and did some verbal dreaming about some plans to come...a greenhouse, a garage, some tree trunk removal and tree cutting. Ten years from now, this place'll be a dream palace of the outdoors. Baby steps.
