Say goodbye to the Swiffer and hello to the Steam Mop!!! Chemical free cleaning at its best...it's quick, it's easy, it's clean, and it's inexpensive!
I have only used it once, but I'm in love. Threw the Swiffer out the the minute I used it for the first time. It was easy to put together, simple to use, and takes up little storage space.
I have laminate flooring, so it's gets grungy pretty quickly living in a wet climate with pets and children and dirty shoes tracking in leaves and dirt and mud on a regular basis. So, having a quick, easy, effective solution for clean-up and weekly maintenance is a must. The Swiffer/Clorox Mop type of mops worked well for the quick and easy part...but the chemicals in their cleaners is less than appealing. Swiffer has even been in the news for rumors about it causing sickness in pets who have walked across floors wet with their cleaning solution and then licked it off of their paws. Nasty stuff. And my child crawls all over it. So...
One more really good reason not to use chemicals. Of course...it's necessary to still do an occasional "on your hands and knees" cleaning with a rag and hot water (lemon juice and/or vinegar can help pull up the grease and dirt).

Yes...it works on all types of floors: hardwood, wood laminate, you name it!
